Meet Jenny Manhard
Jenny grew up in a northern suburb of Chicago. She was born and raised there but decided to spread her wings and moved to California for college. She loved living there for 6.5 years but eventually decided that there is no place like home. Chicago is where her heart is. From Vernon Hills, to Roscoe Village, to the West Loop, she enjoys finding the perfect home for those looking in the Chicagoland area and beyond.
For many years, Jenny enjoyed working in customer service as a bartender in restaurants. To her, the guests were friends and family, not customers. Listening and getting to know their lives is something she truly enjoyed. A career in real estate seemed like a natural transition. She still gets to take care of people, but in a seemingly bigger way. Jenny now takes the skills of being able to connect with people while working in a fast-pace, high-stress environment and applies them to every day real estate life. That is what makes her stand out as an agent. She listens and cares about her clients wants and needs and makes the experience enjoyable by taking care of them every step of the way. Her work ethic, attention to detail, and communication skills paired with her knowledge of both the suburbs and city neighborhoods makes home-buying and selling an effortless experience.
She currently resides in the Lakeview/Roscoe Village area where her favorite thing to do is to explore the city by bike as it gives her a more intimate experience and understanding of individual Chicago neighborhoods. Meet VICTORIA HARTNETT
Originally from the United Kingdom, Victoria relocated to Chicago with her husband, a Northwest Suburban native, came off the Performing Arts Road, settled down and began to raise a family.
Victoria quickly immersed herself in the family business learning the ins and outs of the Title Insurance world. Between working hard to get the deals closed and the purchase of her own family home, Victoria discovered her passion and joy is to help others make the dream to purchase or sell their home a reality.
Over the years as a new resident of Chicago’s Northwest Suburbs Victoria spent a lot of time researching what the local and nearby communities have to offer and continues to do so following the arrival of her two children. You can rest assured that Victoria’s hardworking,

Meet amanda pesch
Born and raised in Chicago’s western suburbs, Amanda Pesch settled not too far in the Belmont Cragin area of Chicago where she enjoys being in a calmer part of the city and still having plenty of green space.
From personal training to waitressing to dog walking and sitting, Amanda’s work history has always been within the realm of service. Helping to make another person’s life easier, healthier and more fulfilling has in turn been just as fulfilling for her.
Amanda has had a successful long time working relationship with founder of CPango, Cristina Panagopoulos, in other business endeavors since 2014. When Cristina offered the operations position with CPango amidst her own home buying process, the timing felt serendipitous and Amanda excitedly accepted.
When she is not helping you through the operations and administrative component of your home selling and buying process, you can find her helping care for the four-legged family members of other clients or at home painting, playing with her own pup or taking the occasional hiking filled road trip.
